Washing hands

I've always wondered, is it better to wash you hands in cold or warm water?

Definitely not luke-warm because that is the best way for germs to incubate.
I've been taught that they can't survive in the cold
but you use hot water to sterilize things. How hot do you need your water to be to start sterilizing things?

Also, which is more important, tooth brush or tooth paste?

  1. U know how often i wash my hands- haha. It's almost a medical condition. Use the hottest water possible to practice burning in hell. Toothpaste is more important because you can always use a finger.
